Oversee the operation of the kiosks. Welcome visitors, provide information, answer inquiries, gather statistics, review log book daily, balance cash, help prepare deposit and reports, assist in keeping the facilities professional and tidy, and other duties as assigned. Strong computer and customer service skills are a must as is professional and friendly demeanor. Bilingualism and previous retail and POS experience are definite assets. Part-time or full-time seasonal hours available.
Interpreter Centre Supervisor
Oversee the staff and operations of the Interpretive Centre. Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the tourism industry, and friendly and professional demeanor a must. Strong computer and people skills including the confidence to speak to groups, and ability to learn and retain information is critical. Bilingualism and previous POS skills a definite asset. Must be capable of walking stairs and standing long hours. Part-time or full-time seasonal hours available.
Perform trail maintenance, construction, re-routes, clearing, tread repairs, chainsaw work, regular maintenance duties, grass cutting, small construction and repair projects, and other duties as assigned. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, ability to walk long distances on uneven terrain, to work in inclement weather and to respond quickly to sounds. Full-time seasonal hours available.
