A Taste of History Tour

September 14, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

SOLD OUT! Thank you everyone, we are looking forward to this fun event! See you there.

A motor coach tour allowing the visitor to experience stunning vistas of the world-famous Bay of Fundy and learn about life in the 1800’s when these small communities along the Bay, supported a flourishing lumbering industry and world-renowned ship building.  An experienced local guide will travel with you and introduce you to costumed interpreters that will enthrall the visitors with a musical journey of story-telling, the singing of sea chanties and a hysterical account of building a ship.  Each guest will sample authentic Maritime delicacies, including fiddleheads, dulse and a typical lumberjack’s hearty meal in a replica heritage cookhouse.  While you dine you will be treated to the weekly highlight of every cookhouse – a toe-tapping presentation of down-home fiddle music and square dancing.

The tour meeting place is Parking Lot #1, where you will board the coach and begin your journey.

**As a thank you to our valued season pass holders, we are offering a discount on Taste of History tickets. Please call us or see us at the Interpretive Centre for more info.

You can purchase tickets online below, by calling (506) 833-2019, or in person at the Interpretive Centre.
