Start your day with the hearty feed of a Lumberjack to fuel your day of adventure. Experience the morning of a woodsman preparing for a long day of grueling work as our interpreters welcome you to the Cookhouse.
Meet in our Heritage Cookhouse for a family-style feast of flapjacks with maple syrup or Crosby’s Molasses, an egg scramble, thick slices of ham, bacon and sausage, fried potatoes, and of course, baked beans and Fundy Trail brown bread! Our servers will help keep your mug full of coffee or King Cole Tea.
The Cookhouse is built to replicate a cookhouse of the late 1800s where the lumbermen would fuel up for their long days in the woods or celebrate a week of hard work. Only a limited number of seats are available, so make sure you register in advance! Registrations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, but please feel free to book further ahead of time. Please note that this experience does not include park entry.
